David Marr founded Tactical Rehabilitation with one key principle in mind: provide the highest quality products, and the highest level of service to those that serve to protect America’s freedom. From this philosophy of giving back to our Nation’s finest, Marr and his team have built a culture of caring, service, generosity, teamwork, and tenacity to thrive, throughout his company. Every employee can recite, and lives, the company vision and mission statements as if it were their own personal statements. To further serve our service members’ needs, David recruits many of his employees from post-military or military affiliated backgrounds, offering much needed employment for post-service personnel.

Initially opening up shop in Fayetteville, NC serving just one military community, David and his team are focused on improving the lives and health of our active duty and retired military, including their families, now serving over 70 military communities spanning the globe.

“Providing only the best products and service, coupled with top quality certified personnel, does not generally fit in one sentence for most companies,” says Marr. “We feel that if we put patient care and quality products first, then our success will follow after that.”

Marr will add that the majority of products and brands that Tactical Rehabilitation carries have been requested by military providers.

Additionally, Marr’s team is incented through continuous education programs and required certification programs, “Employing highly qualified personnel that provide a personal touch to each patient.” Marr backs his statements with an abundance of Certified Ped Orthotists and Certified Orthotic Fitters on his team. When asked why he works with companies like Sole Supports, Marr is quick to answer with “Everyone wants the best solution, but not everyone wants to pay for it. Tricare and Medicare pay a flat fee whether you provide a quality product or a substandard product. We are willing to pay the difference to have the very best healthcare solution to ensure our nation’s Protectors of Freedom are supplied with the very best in quality care solutions that actually improve their health, not just slow the degradation of their current condition.”

When you ask Marr what’s next, he will tell you his goal is to reach every military community with the best possible rehabilitation products available. He will also tell you, based on public demand for Tactical Rehabilitation’s high quality 5-Star rated service and solutions, he has begun opening his doors to the public as well. “We will serve the public with the same exceptional quality and high standards as all we do for all our patients.”

With exemplary teamwork within Tactical, Marr and team also have built strong partnerships with suppliers ensuring timely delivery of custom solutions which accelerate the time to healing. As the Tactical Team seeks to expand their partnerships with other providers, they will expand their ability to serve as many patients as possible with the highest quality solutions available on the market.
